Catherine’s Personal Experience

Last autumn, I took the Habit Finder assessment after hearing a brief presentation by a Habit Finder coach. He offered a mathematical evaluation that could measure our thinking habits, and I was immediately intrigued. He explained how his clients experienced profound personal and professional growth by becoming aware of these thought habits. Curious, I took the assessment, BUT my expectations were low.

Surprisingly, I was blown away when I received the results after filling out a couple of quick forms. I felt truly seen, albeit a bit exposed, to be honest. It was the most fascinating and accurate assessment I had ever taken, and I’ve taken quite a few. The Habit Finder revealed blind spots and pain points I had never verbalized before.
